Duties and responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Job purpose
This position is responsible for the coordination and utilization of drivers and trucks maximizing productivity to ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all our customers.
The Dispatcher will work alongside customer service and operations personnel to help coordinate scheduling, manage communication, and plan and assess the dispatch of drivers to meet customer expectations. Responsible for managing a group of drivers with dual goals to maintain a high level of on-time customer service and supporting driver needs while directing their work. The position holds a prominent level of responsibility for service, productivity, and driver retention.
