We are looking for a motivated individual to maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment and CDL tractors to ensure our crews have safe available equipment.

This position is based out of Lakeville, MA.

• Perform electrical, hydraulic, air brakes, and mechanical repairs, as well as preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues
• Determine which parts and tools are necessary for assignment
• Complete shop paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Willing to go on road calls when necessary

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience working on heavy equipment including Tractors, Trailers, Class A, B, C, etc.
• Must provide their own tools
• Welding experience a plus
• Aptitude in using various hand tools
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices
• Computer skills to scan tools and other devices and fill out forms and service requests
• Communication skills
• Self motivated
• Problem-solving ability
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Dot medical card and License required
• Valid drivers License and clean driving record required'
• Diesel engine repair: 3 years (Preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)
